Barcelona - The city has more to do in it then can be discovered in a month. However, there are some absolute must-sees. There's Gaudi and his famous Park Guel as well as the Sagrada Familia. You'll also want to amble down La Rambla, the most famous street in Barcelona -  both a tourist attraction and a glimpse into the Catalan way of life. Then there's La Boqueria, the famed market filled with a bounty of fresh produce and refreshing fruit juices. And of course, the Gothic Quarter is a great place to get lost, wander and enjoy the atmosphere.

Pyrenees Mountains - Step onto the rack railway and ascend into a spectacular wonderland over 6,000 feet in the sky. Nestled within in those mountains is Andorra, the famed country of ski-resorts and duty free shopping. Stop for a picnic lunch with the medieval town of Vic as your panorama, and then explore the bustling market, old quarter, and traditional way of life. 

 

Girona - Visit one of the most historic sites in Spain, founded by Romans. This city was later was taken over by Moors and Franks before finally falling under the rule of Barcelona. Influenced by different cultures and religions, Girona beckons visitors with its beautiful architecture and treasury of historic tales. The Old and New Town offer many opportunities to pleasurably get lost and observe local life and culture. The Jewish Quarter, once home to the Ramban, is especially beautiful, and well-worth a visit.

 

Bicycle Tours - Cycle from village to village on beautiful paths and discover streams, rivers, and lakes only to end up on a beautiful virgin seashore. Road bikes, electric hybrid and mountain bikes are available for a half or full day rent, along with the option to book a fully-guided tour.

 

Boat Charters and Snorkeling - The Islas Medes off the coast of nearby Pals is a protected nature reserve. Take a boat out for a day or night excursion and witness rare and beautiful fauna up front.
