We will start the morning with a tour of the Central Market with a snack stop at Cinque Cinque for Torta di Ceci (Chick pea pie) sandwich - the Tuscan version of Felafel. 
Synagogue tour with the Rabbi of Livorno and finish off with  lunch at the home of the Rabbi.
