Kosher Private Chef
A chef,
not a compromise
A private kosher chef — including Israeli chefs — placed inside the kitchen you're actually staying in, with the kashrut, provisioning and service built around the family rather than adapted from a general menu.
How this fits into KCT
A private chef is one part of a culinary operation, not a booking on its own.
The chef is chosen after we know the property, the group and the route — Israeli chefs where the family wants that specific kitchen background, or a chef matched to the destination's own cuisine. Either way, the kitchen is surveyed, kashered where needed, and provisioned before the first meal, not improvised once you arrive.
This is the same culinary operation described in full on our Culinary Experience page — chefs, kitchen and galley setup, kashrut supervision and service, available on its own or as part of a fully produced journey.
