In the green hills of the Chianti countryside, near the town of Chianni stands a charming you will find the beautiful Villa Chianni surrounded by a private six acre park with two large swimming pools. Among gardens, olive trees and vines, the mansion is ready to welcome up to 36 guests in 12 bedrooms.

In addition to being a chef, Avicam Gitlin has also served as a kashrut supervisor and is exceptionally knowledgable with regards to kosher products and ingredients.
We use only glatt kosher meats: chasidish /Lubavitch Shechita and according to the Beit Yosef
All of our wines are certified kosher. Most wines are not mevushal and our service staff are shomrei Shabbat
our cheeses and dairy products are all certified chalav yisrael

As head chef of KCT my mission was always to keep my eyes open to local, traditional cuisine and produce. After 10 years of experience in kitchens around the world, I now create experiences through food – and how fun is it to do that around the world?
I am here to let you experience Tuscany through the sense of taste, smell, and site.
