As a worldwide kosher traveling Chef, my mission was always to keep my eyes open to local, traditional foods and produce. Never taken aback by the non-Kosher vibe and not being able to really taste anything, but adapting and adjusting colors, scent and sense into Kosher, fresh and delicious foods that are locally inspired.I am always excited before a culinary trip as I am now- very excited to share and feed you during this amazing Kosher Barcelona experience!
