KCT Summer Edition
Lake Bled
2027
Seven nights, one beautiful place, and a week designed so that a family can actually be together in it.
The idea
One destination, for a whole week.
Most group travel keeps moving. This edition does the opposite. Seven nights based at a single resort by the lake, so the week has a centre — and so parents are not packing every second morning.
Around that centre: resort facilities and open family time, a small number of signature experiences produced by KCT, culinary programming that runs through the whole week, and the wider Lake Bled destination — the water, the island, the mountains behind it — available rather than obligatory.
The edition is in development. What is described here is planned and envisioned, and the details will be confirmed with the families who join us early.
A different way to begin
Built with families,
not launched on hope.
Instead of announcing a programme and hoping enough people eventually register, KCT is first securing the Summer Edition through seven Founding Families and a capped Program Reserve.
Each Founder knows the maximum price for their family before committing. That maximum is designed to remain below comparable premium programmes. As additional families join, the reserve required from each Founder decreases and the Founder price goes down — but it can never rise above the disclosed maximum.
-
01
A known maximum
Each Founder receives a clearly disclosed maximum family price before making a commitment.
-
02
A decreasing reserve
As enrollment grows, the Program Reserve decreases and the final Founder price becomes lower.
-
03
Our strongest pricing
Founders receive KCT's strongest available pricing, along with first access to the best family, suite and connecting-room options.
-
04
A voice in the week
Founders help shape the final dates, experiences, culinary rhythm and family requirements of the first Summer Edition.
Each Founding Family may also introduce one Companion Family. Subject to the enrollment window and availability, that family may receive the same Founder pricing structure based on its own family size and room requirements.

A week with a
shape, not a schedule.
Bled is not a place to be rushed through. The week is being designed as a rhythm — slow at the start of the day, considered in the middle, and open at the end of it.
-
01
Mornings, unhurried
The week is designed around one place, so mornings belong to the family. Breakfast without a departure time, the lake below, the day still open.
-
02
Resort hours
Afternoons at the resort — water, gardens, quiet corners for the adults, space for children to be children. The kind of time a week of constant movement never leaves room for.
-
03
Signature experiences
A small number of KCT-produced days out into the wider destination — the lake, the mountains and the region around them. Considered, and never compulsory.
-
04
The afternoon popup
A KCT idea we are developing for Bled: a short, informal culinary moment that appears in the afternoon and is gone by evening. Somewhere to drift into, rather than an event to attend.
-
05
Shabbat
The centre of the week. Tables, tefillah and a resort that goes quiet in the right way — planned so that Shabbat feels like the reason the week was built, not an accommodation within it.
-
06
Evenings, and after
Dinner, then a late-night atmosphere for those who want it, and the tea room for those who would rather sit and talk. Two different endings to the same day.
The culinary experience
The table is the
reason we travel.
KCT began in the kitchen, and the Summer Edition is being built the same way. Food is not a service line in this week — it is the thread that runs through it, from the first breakfast to the last cup of tea.
-
Curated dining
Kosher cuisine produced by a KCT culinary team, planned around a resort kitchen and the way families actually eat across seven nights.
-
Shabbat
The meals the week is built toward — envisioned as the most considered cooking of the edition.
-
The afternoon popup
A small, informal culinary moment in the middle of the day. Being developed as a signature of this edition.
-
Late night
Something to return to after the evening has ended — quiet, unstructured, and open late.
-
The tea room
A room designed for sitting: tea, patisserie, and conversation that outlasts the meal.
Designed for families
Intimate by design,
with room to grow.
The first Summer Edition is being designed to feel complete and socially vibrant from an intimate core group, with capacity to grow toward approximately one hundred guests. Large enough to create a genuine community, while remaining personal enough that families know who they are sharing the week with.
Children have room and adults have quiet. Meals are shared. Days can be spent entirely at the resort, or not at all. Room requirements and family considerations are discussed individually with each interested family — nothing here is a fixed package.

Be Part of the
Founders Circle
We are beginning conversations with a small number of families who would like to help shape the first KCT Summer Edition — how the week is built, what the culinary programme becomes, and what a family actually needs from seven nights away.
Sending this form begins a conversation. It is not a reservation, and it does not confirm a place in the edition. The edition is still in development: the hotel, the dates and final pricing are not yet confirmed, and written terms will be provided before any Founder commitment is accepted.
