What we do with
what you tell us
Short version: we use it to answer your enquiry, we do not sell it, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form or send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, where you are based, and the details of the journey you are considering.
What we use it for
Responding to your enquiry, and — if we go on to work together — planning and producing your journey. That may mean sharing relevant details with the suppliers engaged on your programme: a property owner, a charter agent, a chef, a driver. We share only what those parties need.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you made an enquiry. We do not publish anything about a client journey — photographs, names, details — without permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records relating to a completed engagement are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We record which pages are visited and which links are used in our own database, without cookies, IP addresses or any identifier that persists between visits — only a temporary code that groups actions within a single visit and is discarded when you close the tab. We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that works the same way — no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking. If Google Analytics is enabled, it only loads after you actively accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; declining or ignoring it means Google Analytics is never loaded and no such cookie is set. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
Discretion
A meaningful part of our work involves families who value privacy highly. We treat every enquiry as confidential by default, including the fact that it was made.
Your choices
Write to avicam@kosherculinarytravel.com at any time to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it.
