What we do with what you tell us
Short version: we use it to answer your inquiry and plan your journey, we do not sell it, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms or send us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, who is traveling (including children’s ages on arrival day), your room preferences and anything you tell us about the journey you are considering.
What we use it for
Answering your inquiry, preparing your personal quotation and, if you go ahead, planning and producing your journey. We share only what is needed with the parties engaged on your journey. For a KCT Edition, that is the hotel, which needs each guest’s registration details before arrival. For a KCT Private Journey, it may be a property owner, a charter agent, a chef or a driver.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you made an inquiry. We do not publish anything about a client journey, including photographs, names or details, without permission.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and requests are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records relating to a completed booking are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you request a place or a journey, your progress is kept in your own browser for that tab only, so you do not lose it if you go back or refresh. What you send is stored with our website hosting provider so that Avicam can reply. Your private quotation link works only with its unique code, so please do not share it.
Discretion
A meaningful part of our work involves families who value privacy highly. We treat every inquiry as confidential by default, including the fact that it was made.
Your choices
Write to avicam@kosherculinarytravel.com at any time to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it.
