A villa is a building. A yacht is a boat. Neither of them is an experience until somebody has kashered the kitchen, hired the chef, planned the provisioning, briefed the crew, arranged the drivers, worked out where Shabbat happens and stood on site while it all runs.
That is the work. The property is where it takes place.

Yachts
We are not a charter broker
Anyone can find you a boat. The difficulty is the week that happens on it - a galley never designed for a kosher operation, and a crew who have usually never run a kitchen under supervision.

So we choose the yacht around the experience, and then we produce the experience end to end.
Ashore & aboard
One program, two kinds of day. The strongest Mediterranean weeks we produce are neither purely villa nor purely yacht.
A family takes a coastal house for the first four nights - unpacking properly, sleeping in real beds, letting the children find the pool. Then the same culinary team moves aboard for six nights through the islands. Then, often, back ashore for Shabbat and the last few days.
One team, one standard, no seam between them.

Choosing between a villa, a yacht or both
Many families come with a clear preference, and many leave with a combination. A villa concentrates the cost in the property and the staff, and a yacht spreads it across the charter, the running costs and the operation. Neither is better value in the abstract. They are different shapes of week.
