Private villas
& yachts

Exceptional private properties and yachts become complete kosher hospitality experiences through KCT.

What this is not

We bring together the right setting, a dedicated culinary and service team, kosher operations, personalised itineraries and every logistical detail required for the family to arrive and enjoy.

A villa is a building. A yacht is a boat. Neither of them is an experience until somebody has kashered the kitchen, hired the chef, planned the provisioning, briefed the crew, arranged the drivers, worked out where Shabbat happens and stood on site while it all runs.

That is the work. The property is where it takes place.

Properties

The settings
we work with.

Selected for the group and the season — and, quietly, for whether a proper kitchen operation can be built inside them.

01

Villas & estates

Restored farmhouses, coastal residences, working estates and city palazzi — taken privately, staffed and operated as though they were yours.

02

Alpine chalets

Summer and winter. Kitchens rebuilt for the week, ski or trail programmes, and a house that runs itself around a family.

03

Ranches & remote properties

Full-property buyouts where the nearest supply chain is three hours away — which is precisely why the production model matters.

04

Private motor yachts

Space, stability and a galley with the capacity to run under supervision. Chosen for how the week will actually work, not only for the brochure.

05

Private sailing yachts

Quieter, closer to the water, and a different rhythm. Suited to families who want the passage to be part of the experience.

06

Villa-and-yacht combinations

Days aboard, days ashore, one culinary team, one producer, one continuous programme rather than two separate bookings.

We are not a
charter broker

Anyone can find you a boat. The difficulty is the week that happens on it — a galley never designed for a kosher operation, and a crew who have usually never run a kitchen under supervision.

  1. 01Yacht sourcing and selection support — matched to galley capacity, deck space and the route, not only to cabin count
  2. 02Charter coordination and contract negotiation with the central agent or owner
  3. 03Galley kashering in port, with dedicated equipment brought aboard
  4. 04Kosher provisioning planned against the itinerary, with resupply points arranged ahead of arrival
  5. 05Chef and mashgiach sailing with the family for the duration
  6. 06Menu development built around what can be bought ashore each morning
  7. 07Crew briefing and coordination — so the stewardesses and the galley team work as one operation
  8. 08Marina and port logistics, port agents, berthing, tenders and formalities
  9. 09Shore experiences at each stop — guides, private access, coves reached before the day boats
  10. 10Shabbat planning at anchor: timers, lighting, engines off, meals set on deck

So we choose the yacht around the experience, and then we produce the experience end to end.

Ashore & aboard

One programme, two kinds of day. The strongest Mediterranean weeks we produce are neither purely villa nor purely yacht.

A family takes a coastal house for the first four nights — unpacking properly, sleeping in real beds, letting the children find the pool. Then the same culinary team moves aboard for six nights through the islands. Then, often, back ashore for Shabbat and the last few days.

One team, one standard, no seam between them.
