Destination Bar and Bat Mitzvah travel
A leining, a celebration and a journey, designed so the child is at the center of it and the family is not running it.

Two things at once
A destination Bar or Bat Mitzvah is a religious occasion and a family holiday at once. Both have to work, and they pull in different directions. We handle the parts that carry weight: the synagogue or the site, the Sefer Torah, the minyan, the tutoring in the weeks before, the ba'al korei and the aliyot. Then we build the days around them, so the rest of the family, including the siblings, are having a proper trip rather than attending an event.
What is supported
- Torah reading coordination, tutoring and a ba'al korei where required
- A Sefer Torah brought in, with the correct handling and storage
- Minyan arrangements and synagogue introductions, including historic and private shuls
- Bar and Bat Mitzvah support from the leining through to the celebration
- Complete staffing, service and on-site management throughout
Where it can happen
A destination celebration can be produced in a villa, a chalet or on a yacht. See Italy, the Mediterranean and Jewish Europe, and read destination events and celebrations. For the Shabbat that often surrounds the occasion, see Shabbat while you travel.

Tell Avicam where you would like to go and who is traveling. We discuss honestly whether KCT is the right team, and how an engagement would be structured. We reply as soon as we can.
