We produce destination celebrations as complete guest experiences — not only as individual events.
Scope it as a stay
Ninety guests flying in for one dinner is not an event. It is four days of hospitality with one dinner in the middle.
That is the distinction the whole category turns on. Families scope the party and leave the other seventy-two hours to chance — the arrivals, the breakfasts, the Friday night, the free afternoon, the guests who came early. Those hours are what the guest list will remember.
We coordinate the property, accommodations, culinary programme, kosher operations, staffing, transportation, the surrounding meals, Shabbat, the local suppliers and the execution on the ground. The celebration sits inside that, rather than standing alone.

Abroad, privately, with the religious occasion and the celebration produced as one weekend rather than two events.
Family celebrations
Anniversaries, significant birthdays, reunions — where the point is the people, and the production exists to keep them together.
Shabbat weekends
A full guest list hosted from Thursday to Sunday, with every meal, the minyan and the walking arrangements produced.
Private buyouts
A hotel, a villa cluster or an estate taken whole, so the group is not sharing the place with anyone.
Institutional & donor programmes
Highly curated private delegations, with the same hospitality standard and considerably more discretion.
The guest experience
Scope the stay, not the evening. From the moment a guest lands to the moment they fly home, they are inside something you are hosting.
In practice this means arrivals tracked across three airports rather than a transfer list emailed out; breakfasts that are actually good; a Friday night that seats the full guest list; a Saturday afternoon with somewhere to be; and a supply chain built rather than booked, because on most of the coastlines worth marrying on, it does not exist yet.
Production scope
What we take on.
- Destination and venue selection, including partial or full hotel buyouts
- Guest accommodation strategy, room blocks and allocation
- Complete guest management — arrivals across multiple airports, transfers, welcome packs
- A kosher kitchen established at the principal venue, and a second operation where needed
- Every meal across the stay, not only the celebration itself
- Shabbat programming for the full guest list: meals, minyan, walking, the Saturday afternoon
- Design, production, technical, music and service for the celebration evening
- Guest experiences on the intervening days — boats, guides, excursions, free time
- Local supplier contracting, permits, licences and municipal coordination
- On-site production team from several days before the first arrival
