Private Sukkot
A built sukkah, a full Yom Tov kitchen, a minyan arranged, and chol hamoed days somewhere the family would want to be anyway.
Experiences / 02
Meaningful Jewish moments take on a different character when experienced privately in an extraordinary destination.
A conversation, not a spec
KCT creates the setting, culinary programme, religious logistics, itinerary and hospitality structure around the traditions and expectations of each family.
Observance is not a specification we receive and implement. It is a conversation. Two families who describe themselves the same way will want the week run differently — on standards, on the mashgiach's role, on what happens Friday afternoon, on who leins, on whether the children's programme runs on Shabbat.
We ask those questions early, write the answers down, and build the operation around them. That is why a KCT holiday abroad feels like the family's own rather than a programme they have joined.
Occasions
Different occasions, one method: understand the family first, then build the operation.
A built sukkah, a full Yom Tov kitchen, a minyan arranged, and chol hamoed days somewhere the family would want to be anyway.
Weeks and weekends built so that Shabbat is the best day of the trip rather than the hardest one to arrange.
A leining, a celebration and a journey — designed so the child is at the centre of it and the family is not running it.
Where a family wants their own house, their own kitchen and their own sedarim rather than a hotel programme.
Marked privately, usually with the whole family, often in a place that meant something the first time.
The towns, the records, the cemeteries — researched before departure so the days on the ground are spent finding, not searching.
Bar & Bat Mitzvah
A journey with a child at the centre. A destination Bar or Bat Mitzvah is two things at once: a religious occasion and a family holiday. Both have to work, and they pull in different directions.
We handle the parts that carry weight — the synagogue or the site, the Sefer Torah, the minyan, the tutoring in the weeks before, the ba'al korei, the aliyot — and then we build the days around them so that the rest of the family, including the siblings, are having a proper trip rather than attending an event.
