Private journeys
across America
From secluded ranches and mountain estates to coastal homes, resort buyouts and private family retreats, KCT creates fully produced kosher experiences across select destinations in the United States.
Why here
The United States is not a fallback for families who did not make it to Europe. It is where some of the most private property in the world is, and where the KCT model creates the most obvious value — because the further a place is from a kosher supply chain, the more a production company is worth.
A ranch buyout in southwest Montana means the group has the horses, the river, the dining room and the fire pit to itself. What it does not mean is a kitchen that can feed twenty-two under supervision. That gets built.
We are selective about where we operate rather than claiming the whole country. These are the regions where we have the properties, the suppliers and the reason to be.
Where, within it
The regions
worth choosing between.
Western ranches & mountain retreats
Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Idaho and New Mexico. Private buyouts, luxury lodges, riding, fly-fishing and genuinely open country.
The Northeast & New England
Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Upstate New York and the Berkshires. Summer estates, lake houses, fall foliage and Sukkot in the countryside.
California
Napa, Sonoma, Carmel, Big Sur, Tahoe and the Southern California coast. Estates, wine country, culinary travel and coastal journeys.
Florida & the Southeast
Palm Beach, Miami, the Keys, Naples, Charleston and Savannah. Beachfront villas, yacht-and-villa programmes and winter retreats.
Hawaii
Private estates and resort buyouts for multi-generational trips, with everything provisioned in. A longer lead time and a bigger operation.
When it's actually good
Summer (Jun–Aug)
The West and New England at their best. Ranch weeks, lake houses, long light and cool evenings at altitude.
September & October
Sukkot in New England or the Berkshires, harvest in California, and the quietest weeks in the West.
Winter (Dec–Mar)
Florida, the Keys and Southern California. Ski country in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
Spring
California and the Southeast. The mountain West is still closed or muddy — we will steer you elsewhere.
